PROJECT AWARDED WITH HONOURABLE MENTION. The idea of the design of the Cartagena Congress Palace was brought to life on a plot in the harbour, in a fantastic enclave. We performed the idea of the project on the continuous perspective on the sea. In this way we got a wavy roof causing clear references to the sea, being very visible from the close hill.
