The Municipal Indoor Swimming Pool Cabanillas del Campo, Guadalajara, is a building formed by 4 blocks differentiated both in their uses as well in the spatial configuration they create. The first block is composed by a main entrance and a communication center. In the second block are swimming pools, this part is made of reinforced concrete and wooden porticos. The dressing rooms are situated in the third building and the roof is composed by plants. We try to integrate the building with the atmosphere of the border zone of the town that is completely in contact with the nature. In the fourth building, is covered outside with a series of horizontal lama, that containts the installations. |
