The residential complex Massamagrell is a group of 55 dwellings of state subsidized housing [VPO] and 16 single-family houses. We develop a detailed study in order to rearrange the blocks and to distinguish in the organizing of the complete block the houses of VPO [state subsidized housing] and single-family houses rented without restrictions. There are two blocks, one of 5 heights and another of 3, situated in blocks parallel to the streets and leaving public-private area in the middle. The basement comprises the garage floor. The unique building faced in its facades is made of u-glass and runners of Venetian blinds.
